Dugan’s Patisserie was founded as Love Patisserie in 2003 by Tracy Dugan. In her cottage kitchen in Hay-on-Wye Tracy created a selection of delicious tarts based on her experiences as a chef in France.
All products are made with local fresh ingredients, organic flour, free range eggs and quality Belgian chocolate. Besides tarts Tracy’s bakery produces a variety of brownies, gorgeous cakes, Florentines, savoury tarts and much more and sells them to a very appreciative and growing group of loyal customers.
For 13 years Tracy sold at local markets and festivals until In 2016 when she moved to a larger bakery and opened her first shop in Brecon quickly followed by a beautiful little shop in Ludlow. Operating as Dugan’s Patisserie, shops in Leominster and Hereford are scheduled to open in 2018.

Opening times are Monday to Saturday 10.00-5.00pm.
