The shop has been a fruit & veg shop for as long as can remembered. There are photos in the shop from 1904, when it was also a wet fish shop, the marble slab is still in the front window. At this time the shop also displayed rabbits, pheasants and chickens. The front door step has ‘Herbert Oliver’ tiled on it, so we think he may have been the first shop keeper here, others over the years were Palliser’s, Astbury’s , Ainsworth’s and Parry’s.
Today Parry’s is owned by Val & Mark, who offer as much locally grown organic produce as possible and source other fruit and veg from the UK and abroad. Parry’s offers a delivery service in and around Leominster and are valued suppliers of several restaurants, schools, cafe’s, pubs and village shops.
Visit Parry’s when you are in Leominster, you are assured of a friendly, happy and helpful service.
